Query re: Parking and tailgating at Empire Field

I've got tickets for Friday's Alouettes game at Empire and I have a couple of questions for those who have already been down there...

Can anyone tell me where to park cheaply around Empire Field? I've heard that on-site PNE parking is in the $25-$30 range. I know that a lot of the people who own houses in the surrounding neighbourhood often "rent" their driveways but I was wondering how far away I'd have to go to find street parking that isn't subject to the PNE parking restrictions. I saw on the Leo's website that there are a couple of nearby schools that have parking as well. Anyone know what they're charging?

Also, where will the good tailgate party area be? I hear they're cracking down on drinking in public but there was always stuff going on in the BC Place parking lot that they didn't seem to mind so long as the people weren't being stupid. Is it the same at the PNE? Do they only harass you if you're being "indiscrete"?

I hear your pain, brother. Nothing sucks more than when you have to pay crazy amounts for parking and you can't even enjoy a few cold "pops" during a tailgate.
